We recognize that privacy is important. This Privacy Notice ("Notice") describes how Smart Media4U Technology Pte. Ltd., with its registered address at 6A Shenton Way, #05-02 Downtown Gallery, Singapore （068815） (“Smart Media4U”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collects, processes, and protects personal data about you through the JOYit App (the "App") . This Notice also describes your rights in relation to your personal data.
1. PERSONAL DATA THAT WE COLLECT
When you use the App, we will collect some very basic information about you, which includes:
Technical Information. We collect certain information from you when you use the App to provide you with basic and efficient services. Such information includes your IP address, network type and identifier for advertising purposes and the version of the application you are using. We will also collect information regarding the device you are using to access the App, such as your device model, device ID,operating system and system language and region.
Location. We will only collect your country information in order to recommend suitable games to you. We do not collect your GPS.
Your Account information. You need to provide us with your nickname, avatar, mobile phone number (or email address) for account registration. If you use a third-party account to log in, you need to provide us with your Facebook account or Google account. We may collect your publicly available nickname and avatar in your third-party account (subject to your Settings on the third-party platform).
User Activity. When you use the App, we collect user activity information, such as your download history, sharing history and your feedback.
Third-party game account information. We collect your user ID and zone ID in the third-party game.
We may also collect certain personal data about you as required by law, or as a consequence of our contractual relationship. Failure to provide this information may prevent or delay the fulfilment of these obligations. We will inform you at the time when your information is collected whether certain data is compulsory and the consequences of the failure to provide such data.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We use your information to allow you to use our services, fulfill our Terms of Service, and to improve and administer the App. We generally use the information we collect about you to:
1. support you to participate in the activity and play games in the App;
2. register and login；
3. redeem your points to third-party game virtual currency services;
4. service improvements: we analyse usage information to continually improve the user experience;
5. recommend games to you which may interest you;
6. serving advertising: we serve you advertisements and measure the effectiveness of the advertisements;
7. complying with applicable legal requirements, relevant industry standards and our policies and terms.
8. For security protection purposes, to protect your and our legitimate rights and interests.
We may obtain your separate consent to collect and use certain types of personal data when we are required to do so by law. If we ask for your consent to process your personal data, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details at the end of this Notice.
In addition, we will use your information for any other purposes disclosed to you at the time we collect your information or pursuant to your consent.
3. HOW AND WHEN WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We may share your personal data as follows:
1. With advertisers and third-party measurement companies to show how many users of the App have clicked on that advertisement.
2. With service providers who support our business, such as cloud service providers and payment service provider.
We may share your information with law enforcement agencies or public authorities if legally required to do so, or if such use is reasonably necessary to:
1. comply with legal obligations;
2. detect, prevent or otherwise address security, fraud or technical issues; or
3. protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users, a third party or the public as required or permitted by law.
We may also share your information for other purposes pursuant to your consent or with your further direction.
4. INTERNATIONAL DATA PROCESSING & TRANSFER
We will store your personal information in Singapore.
We have put in place appropriate safeguards (such as contractual commitments) in accordance with applicable legal requirements to provide adequate protection for your personal data.
5. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION
We implement technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk to the personal data we process. These measures are aimed at ensuring the ongoing integrity and confidentiality of personal data. We evaluate these measures on a regular basis to ensure the security of the processing.
We retain your personal data for as long as we have a relationship with you. After our relationship has ended, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period of time, unless otherwise required by law. 7. CHILDREN INFORMATION
The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from minors under the age of 13 (or such legally required age of children as defined under applicable laws) or knowingly allow such person to register on our Services. In the event that we are notified that we have collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or such legally required age of children as defined under applicable laws) without parental consent, we will suspend the account and delete relevant information as quickly as possible. We suggest you, please observe the third-party game operators to the requirement of minimum age limit.

If we change this Notice, we will notify you of the changes. Where changes to this Notice will have a fundamental impact on the nature of the processing or otherwise have a substantial impact on you, we will give you sufficient advance notice so that you have the opportunity to exercise your rights (e.g. to object to the processing) or to terminate your use of the Services.
